For routine requests, simply call between 8:30am and 4:30pm Mon-Fri and our friendly office staff will respond prompty to your request.
After Hours Routine Maintenance
If you have a routine maintenance request after hours, call your respective office and leave a message with your name, phone #, complete address, and a brief description of the problem.
After Hours Emergency Maintenance If you have a maintenance emergency, call 812-335-5168 and give your name, phone #, complete address, and a brief description of the emergency. If you do not hear back within 15 minutes call 812-355-8308.
